这次入住体验极佳，很大程度上要归功于前台出色的服务。办理入住时，朱经理笑容非常甜美，热情地向我们问候，整个过程高效流畅。她详细介绍了酒店的设施和早餐时间，还主动为我们升级了可以看到城景的房间。第二天我们退房还提醒扫停车码，真正做到了‘宾至如归’，好评！

入住在T4客运大楼边上的雷迪森酒店真的非常方便，而且前台接待员小李服务也非常热情，会根据我的航班安排第二天的送机服务，还帮忙解决了早餐问题，房间安排的也很不错，提醒坐车早5分钟在楼下等，真的不错下次还来入住。

I had a great stay at Zonhow International Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was average, but fine for a short stay.
The location is good, though not the most convenient if you rely on the metro—it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest station. If you prefer easy metro access, you might want to consider this before booking.

入住很快跟前台説要高一点的房间就给我们从5楼换到了10楼 离东站很近
行李寄存有专门的房间还有卡片 保安小哥很nice
酒店房间乾净整洁 设施都很新
晚上也很安静 很愉快的一次入住体验

酒店订的晚，没有带窗的了~ 半夜闷醒了去开空调，心里还挺埋怨的。但是中午回来看见酒店竟然把我房间的茶几和沙发换成了桌子和椅子~[强]
昨天回来吃外卖因为沙发茶几太矮，我把沙发搬洗漱台那里吃的饭（图二位置），早上走的时候我只和前台説把房间打扫一下并没有説别的~打扫阿姨发现我把沙发搬了 就想到了我有用餐桌需求[强] 细节啊[破涕为笑] 算了闷点就闷点吧 谁让我订的晚，我是个容易满足的人[旺柴]

For an international hotel I expected a little more English at the reception. However I got on with the phone translator.
My room didn’t have windows, which I didn’t notice when booking. The two downsides were that it was harder to wake up in the morning because there was no sunlight, but worse the room was very hot upon arrival (heat set to 28°) and as there was no window and thus no ventilation, it was hard to cool it off.
