房间有气味，是汗味和霉味，厕所堵塞，半夜要找人来通渠，有蚊子，去水不好，基本上刷个牙水盆都快满泻。本来订了两晚，受不了要取消提早退房。这个价钱有很多其他选择。

环境衞生很不错，特别是很安静，离东站很近签证中心很近很方便，停车、吃饭 也很方便 值得推介，开车万象城也就十几分

酒店周边吃饭很方便，交通也方便，距离杭州东站很近，来开会2天睡的都很不错，房间舒适温馨，隔音效果良好，胡大姐整理房间高效，很热情周到。推荐入住。

前台小姐姐服务态度很好，还主动给我们升了床，缺什么东西服务员送过来也很及时，外卖服务枱也及时送来 ，地理位置离东站近，附近吃的东西多，下次还来。

服务：凌晨以后入住的，特别感谢前台小姐姐帮忙升级了房间????????
早餐品种也挺丰富，洗衣房解决了出行脏衣服的烦恼，到高铁站也特别方便，推荐！
