本来订的是边上的假日，结果临时把我房间取消了，艺龙客户就帮我订的这家酒店，去了后免费升级了套间，虽说房间不大，但整体感觉布局都很好，值得推荐。服务吗？就呵呵呵了，前台等了半小时才退房

冲着网评来的，结果失望透顶！！房间如评论一般，非常小，床也很小，尤其是洗手间，床头没有插座，充电超级不方便 ，要放在柜子上充，淋浴房顶上都是发霉的印记，最要吐槽的就是空调，高铁到的晚到酒店10点多了，简单收拾后就睡了，半夜被空调的轰鸣声吵醒2次、然后就再也没睡着了。早餐厅位置好，品种也还行。综合起来不推荐！！以后也不会再来

刚入住酒店就升级到了行政豪华套房，总台小哥非常给力，房间是江景房，而且很安静，吃完晚餐回来就看到桌上放了甜品和水果，很温馨，客房服务知道我要烫衣服，还特意帮我把烫板放好，熨斗插好，服务很到位，非常值得推荐

早餐不错，喜欢烧西红柿，烤培根，青团，大块牛肉面……咖啡有点淡，我对咖啡要求太高。
24层房间真的好大！床也舒服！
酒店在钱塘江畔，离西湖有点距离，但是性价比很高。
