第一次入住天元酒店，一进门就感受到了浓浓的棋文化。一楼有围棋博物馆、图书馆、精品馆免费参观。还有恒温泳池和健身房凭房卡使用。入住后有专梯送达房间，金钥匙小吕很有耐心，退房前帮忙把发票先开好了不用本人过去很方便，以后有机会再来。

入住天元酒店服务太好了，体验感非常棒！！预定好房间有酒店金钥匙打电话过来询问到店时间及特殊的喜好，很关注客人的感受，到店后有专人接待，并且享受了专梯服务，房间里的布置也很温馨，谢谢礼宾员小郑，服务很热情，因为带了很多东西， 忙前忙后的协助送到房间，还给介绍了杭州的限行及旅游攻略，大赞，很棒 以后会常来天元

本人第一次入住天元酒店，酒店以棋文化为背景，大堂以琴棋书画为装修主调，配有中国围棋博物馆图书馆及精品馆。大堂内散发的阵阵茶香更能衬托出酒店的典雅氛围，值得一住！自助早餐在34楼旋转餐厅，环境优美，早餐品种丰富，吃着早餐欣赏钱塘江美景，美好的一天从天元开始。酒店装潢很气派，周边环境也很好，大堂氛围不错，遇到要咨询的问题，酒店大堂金钥匙吕经理总是很热情的帮助我。这次带小孩子来游玩没有具体安排好行程。吕经理在了解了我们的需求后帮忙策划了旅游路线，安排的非常好，下次来杭州还会选择住这里。
