很喜欢这家老酒店，20几年前就开始住过。只要淡季价格不贵的时候就选他家。地段好，步行100米可达西湖。中餐厅口味也不错

对于小朋友收费早餐不太友好，120cm多一点。其他都还不错啦。离开西湖边很近，也有不少会议安排在酒店举办

房间设备虽然有点陈旧，但酒店的服务却是相当热忱，从前台的小董、Jerry到餐厅煮麪阿姨，都十分令人满意。酒店明年要进入全面装修，重新开张时，我仍会选择环境繁华，离西湖景点近，交通方便，服务热情周到的海华大酒店。

法拉利老了还是法拉利，很方便，去西湖方便，带娃方便，去武林夜市方便，湖滨夜市也方便，地铁站走七八分钟就到了，服务很好，带小孩住在这里提供小童拖鞋和牙刷洗护套装，还免费送了早餐和给娃打印了文件，nice！餐点OK，该有的中西都会有，麦芬很好吃，小可颂也好

Very convenient hotel, right next to west lake and the wulin night market! Easy to find food options and enjoy the night life! Tends to be v crowded near to the hubin area though! But overall helpful staff and nice hotel!

A beautiful hotel, very close to the Xihu Lake. The personnel was polite and efficient. The area around is full of shops and restaurants. The only issue is that the air conditioning system is very loud, it is better to be prepared with earplugs to have a good rest.
