酒店是提前预定的，和朋友到了酒店给我升级了个套房，太感谢了。只要去杭州出差都是这个酒店，酒店服务贴心！停车方便、吃饭逛街方便！特别前台刘姐和小姐姐小哥哥们，家人一样服务细致。帮忙拿行李！一直会住那个酒店。
