家人们，避雷！这家酒店携程 4.8 的高分不知道是怎么来的，房间很小很挤，它是我出门旅游住过的酒店中，前台服务最差的一家了，语速非常快，你还没有问完她就炮弹一样插嘴并且快速讲完，的确她算是回答了问题，但是给人感觉就是很差（不断的打断你），早饭也很差，酒店床垫很脏（不小心掀开了床单看到的），之前看评价説可以送到动物园的，实际上问酒店里所有工作人员，他们都建议自己打车，如果是这样，大家还是选择华住会旗下或者亚朵之类的酒店好了 ，因为反正要打车了，不如住到专业点的地方去，至少心情不会被破坏

位置就在银湖地铁站边上，很适合大包小包不愿来回倒腾的客人。酒店房间虽然不大但乾净整洁，前台还主动帮忙升级了房间~最赞的部分应该就是可以免费接送来回野生动物园，哪怕第二天退房后去动物园也可以在出园后联系司机送至野生动物园东地铁站

房间整体来説不错的，服务特别好我们是去动物园玩的，酒店经理陈健亲自接送，去的时候当时酒店的车没有空他自己还开私家车送我们过去，酒店还有孩子玩的蹦蹦床跟海洋球

交通方便，地铁银湖路出口走几步路就到了！房间宽敞明亮！就是窗帘太自动了，进了房间就自动打开，搞的我进房间第一件事就是关窗帘！
其实附近吃饭很方便，十字路口走过去，就是美食一条街，几乎所有的美食品牌都有！比如，某鸡与某劳打擂！

This was a very nice hotel just a short stroll from Yinhu Station on Line 6.
I got upgraded to a business room which featured a large writing desk, bathtub, views from a higher floor and a super comfy king size bed!!
Breakfast buffet was delicious with a great assortment of hot and cold dishes.
Will gladly stay here again.

现代的装修风格，无主灯，电动窗帘、大浴缸，15楼还有一个小小的海洋球池。地铁银湖出口100米，优点是去动物园会接送，5分钟车程来去方便。早餐是58元1位另购的，就食物的种类而言，有点小贵。服务态度非常好，衞生也很乾净。亲子出游的不错选择！

我们订的是标准房，开放式的洗涑吧枱，智能的机器人，最喜欢吃的酒店的中餐和晚餐的大碗麪，大碗炒饭，另外我们还点了蛤蜊蒸蛋，小米糕，二大一小，根本吃不完，小米糕一块没吃，酒店还给我们打了包。早餐的馄饨很好吃，还有酒店自制的台湾饭团子根据需求加多加少里面的馅。另外去杭州野生动物园的旅客，酒店的接驳车非常方便。
