  原来定的大床房，进屋一看太小了。又在携程上下单订的亲子房。近500元的价格，房间不值这个价。上下铺的床垫子特别硬。我家孩子165cm12岁。睡小床不够大，我们三最后挤的大床上。白花钱升级了。一点没用。前台看到孩子这么大了，也不提醒我们。换一次房了，就懒得换了。空调半夜不制暖了。冻醒了好几次，后来把小床的被子拿来盖，又不够长。 第二天吃完早饭回来还是冷的，打了电话到前台，反应情况，也没人来修。回覆了个电话説给送个电暖风。后来空调又暖和了，暖风也送来了，我们也退房了。总归是服务意识差，不替客人着想！

  已经是第二次入住，依然很满意，陈经理还给免费升级了房间，衞生满意，出行方便，离地铁站很近，我还没到就提前把房间开了空调，非常感谢！

  房间宽敞乾净舒适，特大床很有特色，有2.3米，从来没见过这么大的床，床垫很舒服，一夜睡到天亮，空调制热效果很好，一点都不冷。有浴缸可以泡澡，淋浴的水也特别大，非常舒服。早餐是自助餐，种类多。酒店设游乐场和健身房。和野生动物园非常近，不行可达，非常推荐游园入住。

  The hotel staff were very friendly and sweet, and they made a special effort to accommodate us. The second night we changed the room (the boys wanted a different theme) so they did that with joy and also gave us delicious fod to eat. The food portions were very generous and delicious for the price.

  酒店距离杭州野生动物园很近，打个车打个十分钟左右就可以到，衞生乾净，设施齐全。隔音效果也挺好。离地铁站也近

  房间很可爱，孩子很喜欢，水龙头延伸器、踩脚凳、玩具公仔等都有，但是床上出现了脏东西。隔音效果非常差，隔壁房间的声音清清楚楚，一直吵到十一点多，非常影响休息。

  很不错的亲子房间， 非常贴心，还准备了小楼梯让小童洗漱， 早餐也好好吃 建议改一改善空调设备 入住第一晚就开始就打不出冷风了
