星海酒店十年前住过，这次算是故地重游。同样去杭州玩，选择星海住着舒服，去杭州也方便，9号线转1号线。
酒店当初的建设就是豪华五星级的标准，洗手间的设施都是TOTO就能看出。大堂很漂亮，免费停车位超多。
前台服务小姐姐也热情周到，很专业。
下次去杭州游玩，还是首选杭州星海酒店。

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a great combination of Asian and western food. The staff was extremely friendly. And very very helpful. The ambiance was beautiful marble, but still very warm.

酒店设施还是挺齐全的，前台的工作人员服务也很热情周到，有什么事情都可以及时地帮我处理解决，主要是离公司很近，出行也比较方便！

地理位置绝佳！酒店毗邻热门景点与购物中心，出行便捷。房间安静，设施齐全，休息得特别好。前台办理入住迅速，还提供很多当地游玩建议。下次来这座城市，肯定还住这儿
