酒店的设施和环境实在是太差了，因为年数很长，每一天晚上回来下水道反冲非常严重。强忍着住了三晚，酒店的空调也没有用了，时间久了老化了，晚上都要冻死，拿一个取暖器然后整个房间晚上又很乾，就是配套设施跟不上。因为我是外出学习培训一直直在晚上很晚不服务还是可以的，服务没有多大的问题，

1.服务非常差劲。我寄存行李告诉服务员箱子横着放一下，他説占地方。横着跟竖着能有多大空间的差别。完全忽略顾客的需求
2.前台沟通技能非常差劲，需要提升效率。
3.酒店楼板很薄，不知道哪来了一羣奶奶，住楼上，脚步声（跟跺脚一样）一清二楚，放椅子震一下住楼下心脏受不了。
4.地上擦过的水渍一清二楚，黏糊糊在那里，根本不乾净。可能确实不能跟五星级酒店对比服务。住起来就是这种感觉。但如果回想一下价格，还可以的。毕竟价钱在这。

必须给五星好评工作人员热情又专业，办理入住很快。房间乾净宽敞，床品舒适，睡了个好觉。衞浴设施高级，用起来很舒心。酒店位置好，周边交通便利，吃饭的地方也多。

这家酒店性价比超高!房间乾净整洁，布置得很用细节之处尽显品质。酒店的健身房也维护得很心，好，入住期间可以尽情放松。早餐的食材特别新鲜，还有下的麪也超级好吃，水果都是现切的。值得推荐开启活力满满
