酒店管理有点混乱，硬件设施还算可以，软件管理太差劲了，刚到酒店POS机就坏了，卡上的钱扣了单子打不出来，在前台等了20分钟才弄好。退完房，明明住了两天，应给反一天的钱，最后还是通过申诉追回来的。嘿、各位要小心呀！！！！！！！！！
