差评，大大的差评，既给酒店差评又给艺龙差评，订了5个房间，可是到酒店以后却说没房间，因为没预定，和艺龙沟通，客服牛x的狠，拽的跟258万似的，把责任推给了酒店，说酒店前台交接班的时候没有沟通好，所以导致我们到了酒店没有房，问酒店，酒店说艺龙没有给他们打电话，彼此推卸责任，我只想说不管谁的责任，请你们彼此都做好自己分内的事儿，耽误别人的时候请先道歉，不要盲目的推卸责任，在这儿我特别提醒艺龙，艺龙的客服太差，无论从服务态度，到服务质量，都很差，比携程差，业务不熟练，语气生硬，一点儿都没有客服应有的素质，也没有客服应有的应急处理事情的能力
