酒店楼下及周边吃的挺多的，炒菜馆麪店都有，杭州天气这么冷，也不想出离酒店远的地方，没想到这里还蛮方便的！出门步行两三分钟内就有好几家地道的杭州小吃和麪馆，咖啡厅、便利店都很近。晚上想吃夜宵或者买点水果都很方便

房间不错 环境可以 早饭环境也挺好 就是停车不是很方便 地面停车场没几个位置 地下停车场 需要从旁边小区绕进去 然后电梯还没通 自己爬楼到酒店一楼大厅 地下有慢充电充车位

Location is convenient, with a variety of restaurants and stores very close by. The only inconvenience is that the drive-through entrance is short and narrow, making it difficult for cars to find the way, park or drop guests.
Receptionists are efficient, friendly and considerate.
Room is clean and bright. Love the deco that has a very artistic and nostalgic style.
Food is abundant and delicious, with both Chinese and Western choices. Rooftop view is beautiful, with the Lao He Mountain in the background.

这家酒店的服务非常周到，CQ LI 员工态度友好，给人一种宾至如归的感觉，房间乾净整洁，设施齐全，附近吃的特别多，也很有耐心讲解附近美食，衞生状况令人放心，特别是浴室的设计，总的来説，这家酒店在各方面都相当不错，下次旅游带家人还会选择这里

一层取快递有点乱 主要是字太小 找起来好麻烦…没有check in可以理解 已经写完房间号码的是否可以直接分出去？明白可能会增加人力成本但是住客体验会加分
