We stayed in the loft, which was a very comfortable stay. My 4 year old son was unwell during our stay. He first vomited over the sofa and then had a nosebleed on the bed. We felt so apologetic but the staff were so kind and accommodating. They sent cleaning staff immediately to clean the mess and another staff member visited our room to make sure our son was OK. The location is very convenient, with many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for Hangzhou.

Upon arrival, the services given was up to satisfactory and the staffs were kind and friendly. Hotel location is off convenience. Very impressed with the rooms provided, spacious and clean with aesthetic styles ?? breakfast provided by the hotel is really nice and of variety options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

Comfy, quiet, clean hotel is located just 3 minutes on foot from WuLinMen station. Nicely designed, right next to a little local park with a river in front. Built-in surround sound system loaded with music. Relaxing hot tub, free in room drinks. Some food choices near by. 20 minutes walk to west lake touristy spots. Well kept and managed hotel over all.

酒店很温馨，卫生整洁干净，服务人员也很好，爱笑热情，赶上杭州跑马，还会跟参赛的我们聊些注意事项，虽然外卖不能送上楼，但有智能小车，送的也很快，很方便，变相来说安全方面也很好，一卡一楼，不能随意进出。酒店位置也不错，边上有711和瑞幸，披萨，吃喝方便。

酒店位置也很不错，有711和瑞幸，披萨.
房间比想象的大，算近期预订房间内算上乘的酒店。干湿分离很彻底，设施设备齐全，音响氛围恰到好处，居住体验感不错。
酒店附近有一间南宋胡记，要买传统中式糕点心当手信，也很方便。

还没到店就接到酒店管家的电话，询问到店并加微信告知具体定位，以免走错，特别细心体贴。楼下美食店很多选择，出行打车或者公交都特别方便，离西湖、湖滨in77、杭州中心都不远，下次来杭州还会选择住这儿。

房间很大，床很舒适，有浴缸跟阳台，很干净，地理位置也方便，唯一缺点是卫浴空间的设计不太合理，有人要洗澡泡澡，其他人通通都得回避到楼上或是出去，但整体仍是很满意的，前台的服务也很到位亲切

前台小哥哥小姐姐非常热情可爱，服务很贴心，详细解答所有问题，房间设施很智能，卫生间宽敞明亮，有静音的排风装备，卫生干净整洁，早餐很好吃，环境很优美，花园餐厅很漂亮，还有贴心的出行指南，强烈推荐，下次还会再来??
