很不错的精品酒店，离西湖断桥、武林夜市都不远。地铁二号线武林门站A1口300米左右距离，出行方便。酒店有一种大隐于市的感觉，早餐环境尤其赞，坐在运河边，周围绿树掩映，头顶树冠遮天蔽日，小鸟啁啾，很有度假氛围。房间大，原木风格，有一些设计细节不错，比如背景音乐，住客老外很多。唯一缺点是房间靠马路，略有噪音。

出差小住了两晚，整体环境衞生都还不错，唯一不满意的就是会自动放音乐的全屋智能，凌晨突然全屋亮灯拉开窗帘放音乐开电视把人叫醒，电视也是得手动关闭才可以，如果能设定想开再开就好了。酒店的枕头单个睡太低两个睡太高，睡起来有点累??^??，早餐种类不算多但是还好，遇到问题第一时间协助解决这一点给满分~前台服务很热情

服务态度超级好，环境特别乾净整洁，整体设计简洁大气，周边配套设施齐全，走路到西湖断桥10分钟，没想到能这个价格买到这么好的环境。?狠狠种草了，下次还会光顾，过来旅游的可以看看，

非常喜欢饭店的设计
空间也很大 还有沙发
浴室那些都是磁砖 不是铁皮设计的 比全季好多了
附近就有两个公车站和地铁 到哪都方便
免费早餐很丰盛 连住两天 菜色是有变化的
入住时还送了杯温奶茶 好喝??
下次来杭州还会再住的

酒店位置方便，可停车，距离公交站和地铁站也很近，步行几分钟可达。
房间乾净衞生，很有设计感，工作人员的服务也很好。入住第一晚临街的房间隔音不好，跟前台小姐姐反馈后，及时帮忙换了比较安静的房间，体验很好，推荐！

从一进门开始前台服务就非常好，前台小哥哥小姐姐非常热情，端茶倒水，提行李，帮我介绍附近美食，房间还做了升级，房间带个阳台非常漂亮，坐在阳台上喝着小酒，看着旁边的公园还有河流，真是惬意，早餐也非常丰富，中西自助的，还可以自己制作华夫饼，而且提供到10点，这个时间段非常好，还可以免费延迟退房，可谓是该有的服务全都有，比星级酒店还好，下次还会来入住

泡澡和私汤没差别，外面还有小河树木的风景！
