总体感觉还可以，早餐不错，几个地方需要改善或注意，一是我备注了最好是大床房，但是前台直接开了标间没有说明；二是房间的杯子很潮；三是酒店距离海滩比较远，步行大约需要十分钟。

酒店位置不错，设施也比较新，房间有霉味，可能与海南的天气有关，卫生打扫希望再仔细一些。其他还是不错，早餐也挺好吃的。

订的海景房，安排在三楼（一共五层），只能看到屋顶，在屋顶缝隙里勉强看到点海吧，客服说她们管这个个就叫海景房( ´◔‸◔`)， 离开海南前暂住海口一天所以不计较了，1月的房间这叫一个冷，前几天在澄迈希尔顿住，以为海南北部虽然外面凉室内温度很适宜，现在才知道是那里的中央空调比较适宜……。房间布局不合理，床品舒适，白天提供免费烘干衣服的服务，室内潮湿 冷，跟酒店说了给加了电暖气，怕烫到孩子只能放在卫生间开着。离开时赶上一个小规模的海口马拉松，酒店门前道路被封，送机的车只能停很远，于是拉着行李推着孩子走了1公里，还好有个前台女孩看到帮我们把行李一起拉过去了，不过如果酒店能提前告知住客就好了，否则万一有客人急着赶飞机出门遇到这状况很耽误事

我没住，帮朋友订的，下单后10分钟想退，因为朋友说那边距他们停留的地方太远，不过去了。酒店却坚持无论你住不住，一分不退，气死人。没见过如此覇王的酒店。以后绝不会再订这里了。
