酒店住得很舒服，环境很好，过来海口第一天住的是情侣泡池房，因为行程关系第二天换了别得酒店，第三条还是换回来红燕堂订的是两间园景房，前台还给我们免费升级到海景房👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

这家酒店硬件没得说，中规中矩。但是细节真的有待提高。。。。早餐的煎蛋是我吃过的所有五星级酒店里最差的没有之一，有图为证。这一方面是小厨师不认真，不敬业，也凸显了行政总厨的不作为，能力差。。。。电梯维护却不在各层电梯口设置明显的提示，让客人像傻子一样的等上很久久。。。。中餐厅没有散客桌，只有十人大圆桌，住店客人吃饭很不方便。。。。
