住广州柏悦几次了地理位置和综合服务都算是不错的。但是印象不太好的是第一次住的时候，浴缸残留有别人的毛发，虽然联系客房服务及时清扫并赔礼道歉了，但是总感觉不太干净，后续住地几次卫生弄得就可以了。但是客房走廊的地毯水印污渍比较明显，不知道本来就这样还是脏了。这次就感觉房间内还行，公共区域的卫生需要抓紧。

酒店非常舒适、高端，门口服务生会主动帮你拿行李，办理入住也比较高效，主动开好电梯，无边泳池，健身房，设施齐全，马桶是智能的，可以洗PP，我们住在62层正对小蛮腰，出行非常方便，酒店边上商场地下就是地铁去哪里都方便，商场里有陶陶居和各种地方特色美食

酒店设计的非常棒，地理位置好可以看到小蛮腰，游泳池无边界，餐厅晚上很迷人，早餐品种不多但是做的很精致
