酒店设施和地段都还可以，服务态度也不错，但是卫生感觉一般，马桶边上的垃圾桶垃圾都是满的，不知道是几天没收拾过了.

酒店总体来说挺好的，设备设施符合五星级酒店的标准。从预订成功到酒店确认用了一个小时，这个比较不应该，或者若果确认房间大概需要多长时间至少应该告知? 不然舟车劳顿还要一直不清楚的等着这种体验确实不够理想。

酒店电梯设置感觉不合理，由停车场到酒店大堂要转两次电梯，由大堂到房间又转一次。另外，这次是我第一次遇到酒店房门是坏的（从房间外可以直接开门），向酒店反馈之后，酒店店方选择把锁修好，个人觉得此时酒店方应主动帮我们更换房间，毕竟这么高端的酒店。
