酒店位处市区繁华的商业区，酒店下面就是商场和地铁站，交通很方便！内部感觉比较幽静和舒服，是文华的特色，大堂服务生都很热情。房间的配套设施和服务选项等都比较丰富，拖鞋感觉很舒服。不过泳池是露天且只到晚10点，因为救生员要下班了。总的来说，住着很舒服！

酒店不大，简洁干净，服务不错。周围出行生活也便利。房间空调出风口有异响，导致晚上睡不好。洗手间也没有电视，没有水果送。楼层不够高，景观一般。

结婚周年庆入住了东方会套房，给免费升级了18楼的行政套间，办入住可以在行政走廊休息，很到位。服务人员一直带进房间，介绍了设施离开，不过刚开门有股味道，像一直没人住的尘味，过了一小时才好点。由于第一次，房间的机关蛮多的，不太会使用，希望对于首次入住的客人有更清晰的说明。床很高，带小孩不好，我的小朋友晚上掉下来了，还好是地毯。早餐很丰富，品质高，这样一天新的开始感觉真棒。而且楼下便是太古汇，采购很方便。可惜下了大雨没能游泳，总的来说，体验很好，偶然高大上一回定不会失望。
