服务大退步！已多次入住，今次服务最差性价比最低。1 订行政房卻连续2次不是安排行政楼層， 2我晚上8时check in, 已说明late check out 至3时，当时同意了为什么后来要催我2时check out, 3 房间不完全隔音，隔壁聊天什么卻听到，四周5星酒店价位已下调，我本想熟客以为服务各方面会好点，结果卻大失望

第一次订这家酒店，我们是晩上十一点多才到酒店的。大堂的服务人员很贴心的办手续帮助提行李送入房间。酒店里的早茶也不错。而且酒店周边吃的逛的都很方便。交通也便利。下次来广州还会再次入住。
