酒店是涉外酒店，可以看到很多外国人在此入住，位于广州城市的闹市区，周边烟火气很足，但是房间内还是很新的设备，感觉入住体验不错?。而且整体入住之后，床品衞生等都可以，体验很好

酒店已经住过好多次，服务还是一如既往的好，酒店保持得也很不错，停车场停车也是很方便，希望周边地铁尽快搞好那出行就更加通畅了。早餐蒸笼哪里都是填肚子的东西，比以前少了排骨凤爪这些老广喜欢的。

硬件达标，服务欠佳的酒店。
客房服务：打电话给前台要备品，送来的非常慢；打前台电话很久没人接。
房间衞生有死角，落地灯罩上有一层灰，这个正常应该是每客一扫的。
护发素是大瓶的，到房间的时候只剩一个底儿，我以为还能用，结果用的时候挤不出来了。
酒店泳池非常不错，水质乾净，人也少。
早餐：非常糟糕的体验！我看了评价説不错，特意买了想尝一下。九点到的时候在排队，我以为是高峯，先去游泳，游泳回来十点还在排队。排队进去之后现做蛋的厨师已经撤了，明明是十点半闭餐，肠粉的出品非常糟糕，做成这样我建议直接撤品。华夫饼很硬，可能是放了太久了，松饼口感也很奇怪。点的班尼迪克蛋太老了，底下麪包也很硬。

酒店服务很好，特别是入住的接待小姐姐Monica,还帮我升级房间及延迟退房，特别nice。但是房间确实也太大噪音了，施工哐哐响，不过对于我们来説还好，对于噪音不是很敏感。如果噪音敏感的人，还是需要慎重考虑，除了噪音的影响，其他一切非常完美，非常推荐。

这次出差选择了凯宾斯基，房间很大很新，而且都是智能家居。客服打扫房间很及时，前台解决问题也很迅速。酒店的早餐很好吃，可以单点，虽然种类不是很多，但是做的很用心，泳池是恒温泳池。这点好评

前台员工服务态度不错 但是入住时才得知酒店门口有个工程在施工 订房时为什么不显示呢 夜里都能听见一点声音 早上哐哐哐砸 我们连睡个好觉的机会都没有吗 毛巾有脏污 盖半天准备睡了发现房间被子有血斑 一下子就沉默了
