酒店的品质还是不错的，不过由於太新的原因，从外面回来就能闻到浓重的装修气味，工作人员很贴心，安排了空气净化器，可是风量小，指标就上来，风量大，声音又太吵，早上起来，眼睛都肿肿的，建议做通风，毕竟对身体不好。

今年选择酒店会偏向於新开业的，觉得有年代的酒店已无法满足现有的生活方式，今年新开的皇冠假日无论环境、服务、设施都是一流的，入住感觉也是非常舒适，前台Riley很专业，沟通交流也很到位，广州之行满意开心

大堂典雅气派，比一般的的皇冠高档，随处可见的艺术品和构思灵感，一进门印象分就不错。走到哪都很有艺术氛围
周边:离广州南不远，一打车20分钟。去市中心地铁两个站，周边基础吃饭外卖是没问题的
服务:前台服务特别好，有求必应，机器人送外卖和物品也很及时。
房间设施：性价比高，房间面积挺大，智能化程度很高，配置了智能马桶，洗手间是乾湿分离的，电动窗帘。
床品躺上去很舒服，配置的拖鞋质量也很柔软舒适
早餐质量非常好，种类比一般的全季多很多，主要是味道很好，
总体非常棒，值得五星好评

酒店很新 8月份开的很适合商务出差的酒店。房间隔音很好，网络速度快且稳定，处理工作很方便。酒店5楼有健身房和泳池，满足了长期入住的需求。位置靠近市中心/商圈，出行效率高。前台AngelaTang 服务很好！
