酒店硬体设施很好，但维持的状况不佳。前台服务人员应对不得体，希望能够以配合上酒店五星定位去加强前台训练。在跟前台要隔天的早餐券时，前台似乎不会操作系统，很仓促的回应我只有订一晚房间，还很疑惑的语气问我要什么早餐券 ，报上房号还是坚持己见，最后前台自己搞错还一句抱歉都没有，完全没有五星饭店应该有的素质。早餐菜色品相水准之上，但今天早餐的咖啡机牛奶酸掉，餐桌垫还留着上一位客人用餐后的痕迹，用餐环境完全不讲究卫生，令人感到惊讶。

超赞的，下次出行广州首选！房间空间很大，工作人员都很热情。早餐超级丰富，洗衣服务也很方便，一家三口住宿相当舒适，地铁站也算是很近非常方便。等旁边的路修好了可以直接打车到酒店门口路边就更方便了。

Excellent stay with a big shopping mall under the hotel and lots of things for kids to play near the hotel . Also the room has a huge television with lots of cartoon! The kids love it
