必须得好好点评一下，骑士酒店在十一期间绝对是五星级酒店性价比的天花板。房间超级大，屋里的投屏看电影超级爽，在酒店两个小时刷了一部战狼。房间的设施都很讲究，细节处处都很好。很喜欢骑士喝水杯，前台有售。酒店两点开始有下午茶，每天的水果和甜品都不一样。早餐炒菜不是很多，但是有的都很好吃，蒸笼里还有虾饺。最喜欢吃汤面档的牛腩面，真是太美味了，超过绝大多数的饭店。酒店楼下就是商场，华润万家，吃东西和买东西都很方便。唯一的缺点可能是位置稍稍有点偏，但是距离10号地铁走路也就五分钟，其实还好。如果我下次来广州酒店没有涨价的话还会选择这里。

酒店位于东沙站B出口，酒店职员服务态度很好，可以提早入住，我们一家4口，原定订了2位早餐，职员看见有4位同住，所以免费提升到4位早餐给我们。也延迟至下午2时check out。房间都很大，但唯一不足是冲凉室没有挂衣服位置较为不便。

连换三间房都有问题！床品污渍、垃圾未清，最后一个房间洗澡水忽冷忽热，水温像过山车。唯一的补偿就是允许你延迟退房到下午6点，继续坐在那间问题房间里。承诺经理回访直到退房都未兑现，与萝岗、广州塔分店的体验天壤之别，充足饮料和正常服务，这家店简直像冒牌的。

非常新的酒店，很干净。暂时没把烟味污染可能是新的关系。设施齐全，洗衣机烘干机各4台。前台可以收淘宝包裹。前台客服们都人很好，有笑容比起我前几天住在别家的酒店他们服务非常好。他们还提供了一天免费早餐让你体验他们的食物。
有下午茶提供。
咖啡很好喝。
希望他们能一直保持一样的状态。因为发现很多酒店都给住客吸烟。搞到整个楼层或房间都很重烟味。就你在吸2手烟。
唯一不好的是位置有点远，加上很多滴滴司机们找不到酒店。由于这个是新区，加上很多入口被封起来。必须联系司机如何从对的入口开进酒店。要不然你就必须走3分钟到商场入口打车。

前台经理服务非常好，我提出需要无烟房，提前电话跟我沟通，并表示可以到店挑选，没有满意的可以退款，还表示担心耽误我的行程。最后住上了没有烟味的房间，升级了城景房，看到大铜钱哈哈。早餐品类丰富度一般但是还挺干净。有健身设备，自助洗衣机和烘干机。下单后前台还加了微信主动告知停车路线，很详细的指示图。整体体验很不错。

Amazing value for the price. The room is stunning, spacious and very clean. The night view is wonderful and everything is so conveniently placed, it allows you to fully relax without and unwind (from smart lighting controls to voice controlling various aspects of the room). Also the location is unbeatable as the hotel is within a complex that houses a massive mall, so you can leave the hotel and walk into restaurants, sports complexes, shops and so on. Would love to stay again once I’m in the area.

It was a nice hotel and big rooms! Very clean and they have free laundry service.
The SPA was not working and night shift girl was not practiced enough for service.

酒店很超出预期，其实一般很少住五星，一般都是住四星的亚朵还有希尔顿欢朋，这家酒店用低于他们的价格，明显很物超所值，前台还帮忙做了升级，房间很大，住的很舒服，而且减免车牌很人性化，很适合出差和旅游

Location might be a bit inconvienent, half the mall sells medicine, surroundings look dull. But hotel itself is very nice, room spacious and clean

酒店入住非常满意，前台也非常好，还特别升级了房间，房间装饰硬件好，性价比也高，酒店早餐也丰富，老外入住也较多。值得推荐入住。
