很糟的服务，前台女的接待可以，第二天男的接待同样的问题问三遍，不知是在想其他问题还是有问题。入住涮卡3500元。消费2干元退房说1000多元马上退到你账上，第二天沒收到，再打电话去问改口说要1个星期左右。一个品牌星级酒店，福州的就这么差吗？
