再次入住香格里拉大酒店，感觉一如既往的好！尤其是这里的工作人员朱思欣 ，Barry，zero，服务态度热诚，对待住客有如亲人！特意帮我们延迟到中午两点退房！别的不说，就冲这份态度，和员工的素质，绝对是入住的最佳选择！

艺龙上订的，信用卡担保，都已经退房10天信用卡担保金还没退还，太差劲了。总体感觉一般，比以前入住的其他地方香格里拉差

早餐超给力，升级了景观行政房，还可以免费加床，下午茶也很棒，服务员也很热情，两家人亲子家庭出游，酒店位于五一广场，市中心最繁华地段，仅需步行就可以到达东街口和三坊七巷，两家人出行带了老人小孩，酒店还帮忙叫了商务快车，服务真心给力！早餐时间，酒店领导还到餐厅送新春祝福，真心感谢，祝酒店全体人员新年快乐，酒店越办越好！
