来福州好多次了，基本上福州的五星酒店都打卡过，之前朋友给我推荐凯悦一直没机会，这次看到仓山有一家就来试试，设施服务和环境都很好，除了地段有些偏，其他几乎都比福州其他五星酒店要好，来的时候是工作日，可能因为疫情原因人很少，看到的酒店工作人员只有几个，不过态度都很好，上次住洲际半夜打电话要冰块都说没有，在凯悦半夜打电话工作人员都给我送上来，蛮不好意思的，下次出行有凯悦也会选择凯悦了

已经第二次入住凯悦酒店，一贯的热情好客，一样舒适环境，选择凯悦的主要的原因是这家酒店的性价比高，酒店的房间也是干净卫生，房间格局也是比较喜欢的，酒店打车什么也是很方便，离店后也有工作人员Allen非常专业的回访，点赞并且推荐入住。

这次出差入住这家酒店，到酒店的时候已经比较迟快凌晨了，这家酒店感觉不错，酒店的设计比较简约的，房间的布局各个区域比较分明，有干湿分离，普通房还有带衣帽间比较不错，酒店的卫生也是比较干净，特殊期间酒店的西餐厅没有开，但酒店有提供送餐到客房，早餐还不错，有中式和西式让自己选择，早上退房时注意到大堂后面是一块很大的中庭里面都是绿化，给人很幽静的感觉，酒店的工作人员小曾也是很热情，来福州的话会推荐住这里
