酒店比较新，硬件很好，软件就差很多了，也可能是十一期间人太多没有接待经验，办理入住和退房速度都很慢！房间送餐服务两个小时，没给送，可以理解人多慢，但是餐厅基本没人了也没给送，下去一顿理论，虽然道歉了，体验也不好！
