登封最好的酒店，没有之一。硬件绝对一流。服务太一般。上楼没有指示牌，没有服务员指引。从一号楼到二号楼转了半天，找不到电梯。后面打电话问前台怎么走。这服务与硬件不匹配，需要提高。
