酒店就是在春熙路步行街，交通便利，购物，美食种类的多，我们是新年前夜去的，房间没打扫好，酒店让我们先把行李放在寄存处，吃饭后房间打扫好了，还送二杯汽泡酒，给我儿子送了一杯饮料，还可以在酒吧听歌，第二天早歺，我和老公，儿子三个人只收了两个人的价格，小孩歺费酒店就赠送了。新年第一天，感觉很温馨。

房间略小，装修设计还行。不满之一：下午2点过到达酒店办理入住，称房间正在打扫，让我们等大约20分钟；30分钟后，又说还有5分钟，让我们旁边坐着等，待会儿好了叫我们。30分钟又过去了，直接去前台问，房间都出来了，说好的来告知呢？不满之二：酒店停车场居然只免24小时停车费。退房后吃了午饭才离开，还给了几十的停车费。五星级酒店重在服务，细节之处做得不好，会让人感觉十分不悦。一千多一晚的酒店还收停车费，未免太过小气了吧！君悦完全不值这个价。下次不会考虑了…

房间比较小，但是设计布置不错。卫生间好像没有通风系统，有点味道，而且那个马桶也太失败了，太矮，使用不舒服。服务不错，其他都好评。

是我住過最差的一間君悅酒店，自助早餐食物不補充，服務員不主動收拾卓面碗碟，站員問非所答只懂傻笑，前台服務員跟客人更加缺乏溝通，房間打掃不整潔，最恐怖是洗烫斗，會喷出汚水，衣服全汚染了，差劣的五星酒店，保留追究權利。

五星级酒店最差的一次体验。早上九点多卫生间的闹钟一直响（不是我调整的)闹醒了爬去关掉睡意已无，然接着睡，不到十分钟又开始了……这是什么鬼。打个电话投诉，投诉完说了服务员不要过来，过来我会睡不着，结果还是自己来了，来了按了两次门铃就自己进来了……没有知会一声。真是奇怪，真的闹心
