第一次在携程定君悦。以前住过深圳和香港的。
成都来吃过几次饭。没有入住过。下午4点到达前台。
被告知只有尾房。我也不再计较。可惜进入房间。
housekeeping居然漏发了拖鞋。打了前台。前台还觉得我没住过五星级酒店一样。结果才发现。的确是他们忘记了。后来又发现牙刷也没有。我突然觉得走进了汉庭。早知道我一个白金运通卡的持有者。应该通过自己的vipline去订。而不是依赖ctrip和信任君悦。gm的处理意见居然是送一份早餐。哈哈哈哈。真的尴尬。不是升房。
