必须给五星好评，酒店服务非常好，前台看到我们带着两个娃，免费升级了房间，比之前订的大了一倍，还加了一张儿童床，卫生间好大，干湿分开，非常人性化，房间很干净，景观很好，可以看见江。不仅大人喜欢，孩子也非常喜欢！酒店服务员也非常客气和热情，酒店位置也非常好，市中心打车到景区非常方便！值得推荐！

五星级的，房间有点小了，价格在那，确实赶不上瑞华，还遇到马桶不畅，要一直按着，门还没链子锁，浴巾什么的，用了多少年了还不换？？这点很对不起这个星级...其他都还好吧，价格便宜性价比高。

到成都比较迟，订好酒店吃完饭带母亲走走，正巧看到泰合索菲特，见老母有些疲惫，网上查一下索菲特有房间，便到前台询问，哪知前台回复沒有我需房型，我不相信并从艺龙网订了俩间，不久收到信息已经确定房间，再次到前台询问，说没收到得过20分钟，到了点再次过去，前台还是说没收到！足足等了一个半小时，之后才明白被前台忽悠了！他们是想把豪华房型开出去好拿提成，这样服务的酒店怎能称得上星级！
