酒店位置很好，出行、就餐都方便；衞生维护良好；服务到位。房间布置及设施都能体现出星级酒店的风格。但是真心希望提高床品的品质，床垫、枕头都太软，睡在上面有种陷下去的感觉，不太舒服。除此之外性价比还是挺好的。

房间不错，虽然有点仿古但是能看得出经营的可以，前台的员工有微笑，房间设施齐全，酒店离周边很近，酒店早餐很丰富！下次出差继续选择这里！

客房做的不错，礼宾和前台差些事儿。不能説服务不好，只能説和其他同等档次的酒店相比，前后差点儿。我们走的时候叫的网约车到了酒店门口，礼宾説，我只把行李从行李车上卸下来，装车的话你们自己装。

国庆期间来成都旅游，看到这家老五星酒店价格比较合适果断选择了，果然没有让我们失望，不仅价格合适而且帮我们免费升级成了江景套房，物超所值了。酒店位置不错，临近春熙路，打车去哪里都方便，每天还赠送两瓶饮料，太贴心了。还有就是藏族前台小哥人很好，齿里张齿这个名字太独特了哈哈，下次定房还找他

这次入住体验远超预期！房间空间非常宽敞，完全没有压抑感，无论是休憩还是临时办公都格外舒适。细节处尽显贴心。
