非IHG渠道订的不给积分，好惨！5星标准，全程没啥可挑剔的。就是临走，门口服务员帮忙放行李箱到出租车时，箱子正面朝下，有轻微磨损痕迹。

工作和生活的原因，国内国外大大小小高档低档的酒店住的也不算少，这是我第一家想要好好点评的酒店，因为不管是服务还是软硬件设施的确对得起洲际这个高大上的名号。很多酒店名气是也还大，其实也就那么回事，甚至还有点店大欺客的意思，比如亲身体验过的某达之类，其实长沙的五星酒店基本差不多，从没觉得哪家有多么的出众，可这次住洲际就不一样了，硬件方面不多说，定的江景房，通透明亮温暖舒适，一个人在房里发呆都是种享受。重点是整个入住过程的服务让人如沐春风，出现问题随口的一句询问马上处理得妥妥帖帖，一句话，服务超出了预期，是有惊喜的！！别的地方不多说，就长沙而言还是有一些发言权，至今为止，洲际可以算得上NO.1！！
