  第一次来长沙，和家里人来这家新开的Hilton跨年，意外发现楼下就有茶颜悦色！！😁😁太开心 这几年也住过不少的品牌酒店，感受最深的是不管是哪个城市的Hilton，服务确实做的都不错（或者说是国际外企的氛围真的比较开放也比较让人舒服）。从一楼门头的礼宾司到39楼的前台和GRO，甚至到帮我们调节房间温度的工程师，全程都是对我微笑的，都非常有礼貌也很gentle，最后退房的时候GraceLi女士也帮我和家人完成了最后的服务并笑着鞠躬着送我们到电梯直到电梯门关闭，谢谢她的暖心和周到！ 前台曹女士和陈生帮忙升级了江景双床房😉，窗外的景色很漂亮。早餐还不错，品种比较齐全。床品也睡得舒适。
