房间很好。服务好。景色也不错，窗外就是湘江。从预订完了，GRO就已经联系。询问需求。给了机场打车券。自助餐也不错。Diana服务很好，退房还有小礼品。谢谢。下次来长沙还住这里。

设施：设施齐全 整个屋子都萦绕着淡淡的香气
衞生：衞生无死角 阿姨还会帮忙叠好衣服
服务：有专人微信沟通 厕所下水有反味道立马派人来解决 很nice 效率高 效果好

江景房的景观还不错；宾客关系经理也挺热情，有问题都及时帮助解决；临走的时候客宾部蔡小姐主动提供滴滴打车五折券，点赞。就是续住问前台前台价格的时候，有个前台态度冷淡，有点爱搭不理，不符合希尔顿的服务态度。不过瑕不掩瑜吧，住了三晚，整体还可以，下次来长沙还考虑住。
