酒店看着是挺高大上的，可退房之后，交的押金一直都没退我，2018年1月3号晚就住了一晚，押金800刷卡，4号起早退的房，当时前台人员说可以退422，可到了本月的17号一直都没退给我，都没有收的退款记录，我想知道我的钱退哪去了？之前也打电话问过，说是银行的问题，我向银行核实两次，人家说没有进账记录，酒店方能不能给我一个满意的回复？是有意推卸责任呢？让我很气愤。就这么个问题都推给银行，虽说不是一线城市，工作效率就这么低吗？既然是服务行业，为什么就不尽职尽责做到位？当然，任何行业都有各行业的规矩。请问能不能尽心尽力办好每件事？
