我是下午2点10几分订的房，差不多2点30左右到的酒店前台，前台告诉我订单没生成，等到2点52分收到确认订单的手机短信，等一切办理完毕前台服务人员告诉我，明早8点退房。
我在酒店大厅等了半个小时，没人告诉我提早退房，订单没生成前也不告诉我，非等着给房卡的时候才说。
没有任何补助，一句谦意的话也没有。如果提前说，我肯定会取消订单，你们也可以学学别的酒店，人家那天也是全部预订了但是人家提前一天不对散客开放了，你们也可以这样，搞的我一上午都没地方待，真真的是店大欺客。
还有你们客房的门是咋回事，门缝那么大，里边的锁都坏了，废了半天劲才锁上，换了不行？修修也好呀，还让人有点隐私吗。
电视也看不了，信号一断就是半天，网络电视更是一个也看不了。
总之是最不满意的一次，感觉自己很吃亏，花了高价房的钱住了一个打折处理的房。

酒店环境很好，性价比高，遗憾的是没有留图。家庭商务选择都很合适，除了基本设施，还有单独的衣橱间，尤其是卫生间，有分开淋浴间和浴缸。五分好评推荐
