坐落在半山腰，离换乘中心700米左右吧，带着行李自己上去还是很需要体力的，但可以提前打电话给前台让司机去接。5月初的喀纳斯还是很冷的，但房间的暖气十分给力。餐厅的饭菜还是很合胃口的，价格和贾登峪那边差不多。要是以后还能再去喀纳斯，一定还会住在这里的。

服务员態度冷淡，多问一下也不耐烦。卫生间很臭，沖不走，热水不稳，但暖氣还行。早饭全是凉菜，包子也凉的。总的，很是失望，覚得网上点評实在过誉了。

还好吧，地暖不错，屋里不冷，房间外型是小木屋，里面没什么特色，单人间挺大的，有沙发茶几，没有面巾纸和矿泉水，香皂，卫生间小，毛巾架太低，碰头好几次，热水器漏水，和禾木山庄一个系统，价格差200多，设施也差了一些

房间暖和，据说是景区里条件最好的酒店了。酒店服务人员热情友善，去观鱼台因为下雪受寒有点感冒了，景区的医务室都没有开门。酒店也没有药，本来打算扛到第二天下山，但前台听说我有点发烧，帮我们加了被子，晚上管理人员还敲门送了几种药来，让我选一个常用的。别的不说，这服务给大好评！

还可以吧，服务也比较到位！可早上前台没人接电话。不过总得来说我还是比较满意的，卫生不错，环境也很好！

位置就在换乘中心附近的小山坡上，环境很好，很干净，可以溜达着到附近的老村里吃当地哈萨克族人开的小饭馆，山庄的接送服务也很不错，十分推荐。就是旺季的房价比较贵

只有标间，酒店设施太差，我们那100-200的招待所的程度。酒店餐厅的价格相当于五星级大酒店的价位，早餐还限量
