房间设施一般，晚上还是有点冷，不过这里可能都是这样了。餐厅做的饭还算可口，服务员也比较热情。早饭就很一般了。

喀纳斯景区内喀纳斯旅游有限公司经营的两个酒店，一个是喀纳斯山庄，一个是林海山庄，服务很好。服务员见到客人都会问好，山庄的青菜在景区算是信价比很高的了。
