史上最差評1連兩天早上服務員不敲門直接刷卡進門！隨意說聲對不起扭頭就走2請打掃她竟然在房間地毯上吐痰讓去前台！去前台說了但晚上根本沒打掃，前台已有一堆投訴客戶，卻連句道歉也沒等到快十二點才來浴巾和馬虎打掃3杯子裡還有留下的茶水4馬桶裏都是污垢極髒。5簡介中說是五星級其實不是6前台每天都是容嬤嬤臉。7早餐還看見前客人沒吃完的都被回收 立馬就不敢吃⋯⋯也投訴藝龍刊登了不真實的信息誤導！

很差的酒店，基本无服务。有电梯不开上下全靠爬楼梯，有些楼梯间连照明的灯都没有。房间一进去就是一股下水道的味，给服务员反映，服务员答复说每个房间都一样。早上九点服务员就来敲门叫我们退房，而且还来敲了两次门，我是真心的无语呀。这个酒店强烈不推荐入住。
