冲评价去了这家酒店，结果完全是两码事。首先我的订单是含双早，到了以后前台接待说没有，交涉七分钟无果，后来了另外一个经理模样的人说，是某一旅行社代订的，又说可以了。第二是酒店居然没有电梯，给我的四楼的房间，我的行李怎么上去呀？交涉无果，只能自己提上去。第三是入住房间后，发现房间卫生很糟糕，设施设备陈旧。最后一个保安说，他们是租赁过来经营这家酒店的，难怪金玉其外败絮其中！

酒店外形看起来很高档，门前就是草原，风景不错，里面就只能算招待所了，接待态度极差，卫生脏乱，设施破损。我们定了两天，第二天收拾房间的人竟然把我们的第一天用的毛巾又挂回到毛巾架上了，真的很无语。

刚到酒店前台告知电梯坏了，行李得自己搬上楼，电视是坏的，没有任何取暖设备，厕所也没有刷干净，洗澡刚洗5分钟不到水就变冷了，想给前台打电话，发现电话没有安线，外面那么冷，这是要冻死谁？体验差到极致

在喀纳斯，这个酒店应该算比较好的了，但与外面的酒店相比确实只有二星水平，饭菜还可以，位置也可以！

原来定房时看照片觉得很满意，可是到了之后太让人失望了。由于我们是自驾过去，到达时已经是凌晨一点多了，好不容易找到酒店，外面门上了锁，一看大堂里一片漆黑，还以为走错了，过了好一会儿才有人来开门，幸好办理入住手续还快的，到了房间感觉设施也不怎么好，就这么将就着过了一晚。价格与酒店的设施、服务不成正比。
