位置差，离地铁站很远，最主要是离火车站太近，太乱，什么人都有，不安全、服务查，什么都要押金，用个插线板，居然也要100元押金，卫生特别差，地毯都没毛了，卫生间水龙头都痒化了，哎，总之如果没有赶上火车在此借住一宿还行，出差旅行还是算了吧，关键是性价比不高，有这费用住街边小旅馆也就这样.

地理位置真的太棒了，去哪都很方便，公交地铁随便选。3口之家住的很方便，床很大，2个人很舒服，期待下次来北京还住这。
