酒店服务热情，环境卫生整洁，早餐品种丰富。所附属的京味食府供应的菜品价簾物美。交通尢为方便。北京站、机场大巴线就在边上，步行五、六分钟就可到达。这次去承德来回就住中谷酒店。唯一不足的就是酒店设施有点陈旧。但价位放在那里也是无话可说😶

冲着地点去的，可是进了房间就想退了。很老的酒店，感觉几十年前的设施都还在那里摆着，但是都是退休报废状态了。毛巾灰不拉几，可是没办法只能将就用，结果用了一次浑身奇痒！！怎么就不能让人住的放心些吗？？？

酒店太破旧了！也知道这家店很有历史了，比较陈旧能理解，但是没想到那么破旧，厕所门关不上，马桶有点堵，淋浴要站在浴缸里，可是浴缸太破了吧，晚上有点凉，可是空调却不工作，不知道天冷或天热时候客人要怎么过呢？硬件设施陈旧更换不易，可以理解。但是那些浴巾面巾，肉眼看去都是灰色的，就太不应该了，那得是多脏了啊！害我们没敢用，只能用自己随身带的小毛巾了。。。。劝老板赶紧换毛巾吧，免疫力低的客人容易生病的吧，另外，北京酒店服务人员素质真心差！甭管那些服务员来自哪里，一旦进了首都酒店业，几乎全部被立马改造成一张刻板脸，在他们内心觉得很酷吧？哎。。。没文化好可怕
