一般 还行吧 离地铁口 不近 要走好几分钟 如果要在北京呆几天的话 要连续定好几天的 如果只定了一天 再续住 就续不了 续住要1600 只好 又找酒店 不方便

本人11号下午5点半到酒店，酒店前台在8楼，由于我带了8件行礼到前台入住时请服务员安排行员帮忙拿行礼，上万次出差第一次遇到如此冷漠的服务态度，前台服务员双手合抱和同事聊天不理人，行礼员小伙说去洗手间半天不愿出来。后来等了半天才同意说要我一起到1楼去搬行礼。更让人无法接受的是12号退房让行礼员送一下行礼还是等了半天，两位小伙行礼员在前台和服务员说笑聊天，但说没时间，作为首都最佳地段的酒店有如此服务真心让人失望。真希望酒店管理层好好了解了解企业自身的严重问题，可不能以地段优势来代替服务。
