没有预订保安都不让进酒店停车场大门！下午三点才有房间。这两点我就够够的了。你把我们当客人还是把我们当贼？自行车58.8元每小时。盘问客人为什么一个人住要订两张床的标间？因为你们没有大床间啊！

酒店外观设计很美，开车还没到远远就看见了，湖景房视野很赞，躺着就能看见宽阔的湖面和对面的雁栖塔，住客还可以去对面的雁栖岛参观，这种特殊待遇感觉还不错。雨后的雁栖岛更显幽静，远处的山峰云雾缭绕，很美！房价虽然不便宜，但感觉很值得。早餐很丰盛，就是餐厅个别服务员缺乏培训，客人还没吃完就忙着收餐具和擦桌子。

雁栖湖畔位置绝佳，酒店边上就是游船码头。湖景房可以俯瞰整个雁栖湖和对面雁栖岛。住酒店可免费去对面雁栖岛游览。硬件设施不错但通风较差，有可加热的毛巾架很赞！酒店的餐厅味道都一般且贵，儿童乐园很干净。
