要进门办入住，开车保安死活不让进，拿订单也不行，保安说没有入住不让车进，而且保安说他们这没有这么便宜房，4千多的套房说便宜无语，什么五星，这种服务一星都不到，保安素质太差

蹭“一带一路”的热度，带一家子来过周末。本来是订的一城景一湖景的，前台给免费升级成了两湖景。总的来说房间硬件条件还是很不错的，小朋友和爸妈都很喜欢。前台Emma很热情，解释说明很细致。游泳池和儿童乐园也让小朋友玩儿的很开心。值得改进的地方就是酒店的普拉纳啤酒坊虽然啤酒真心不错，但是缺乏合适2岁以下小朋友吃的饭，建议增加一些儿童餐点选择，就更好了。
