I was not happy at all because they cancelled my Trip reservation and made me pay again on arrival. They wanted me to pay via Alipay, where I get an extra 4% with my Visa card! I already I stayed there before and everything went very well, but this time it wasn't the case! I'm not at all happy with this way of doing things.

北京唯一高楼奢华酒店，房间可观长安街与故宫，大堂可观国贸cbd与北京城景。早餐的软饮丰富，有单点菜单，欢乐时光的豌豆虾与糖醋鱼味道不错。服务很好，开夜床时把我随意丢到沙发的外衣挂上衣架，入住时主动拿行李等都彰显着无时无刻的服务意识。每个房型都可享受早餐、下午茶与欢乐时光，结合价格与高空观景可以説是北京奢华酒店最具性价比的存在。唯一的槽点是大堂（行政酒廊）的小食品类少

国贸大酒店，处处展现出一种老钱的感觉！
地理位置国贸的核心区域，礼宾人员很有职业素养，主科需核对姓名才可进入，很有安全感。
房间装饰有年代感，住着也很舒服，央视大楼房的视野很开阔，强烈推荐。每天下午客房工作人员会开好夜床服务，回房就能体验到。好评！
酒店早餐供应到10点半，可选种类不是很多，但有点餐服务，10点有些餐已经售罄了，建议早点就餐。

云端酒店，房间层高大气，宽敞明亮，色调典雅，一室一厅一衞的格局，衞生间洗浴室衣帽间加在一起几乎与卧室面积相当，无局促之感，且区隔明显，乾湿分离，布局合理。
选择朝西的房间，可以向西俯瞰主城区，故宫黄顶北海白塔日坛绿茵依稀可辨，享受日落时光的视觉盛宴与身心惬意。
服务贴心，有呼必应。位置也比较优越，毗邻国贸商城，购物餐饮都非常方便。

生日去入住酒店有送上小礼物，客房服务非常好，有求必应，相比之下，前台的话会更加的普通跟冷淡，比较僵硬地按规章办事，有的时候个别前台服务员在顾客面前还会两三成羣的嬉笑聊天，不是很专业。所以我的好评全给客房服务的阿姨们。行政酒廊的食物和饮料相对比较普通，早餐的种类还是比较丰富的。

地理位置很好、景观很棒、服务优秀的酒店。
带小朋友来北京玩，在这里度过了开心的旅游时光。
进门都是香香的，花朵装饰很好看。
早餐有点菜的菜单，炒肝、鳗鱼水铺蛋味道不错，小朋友喜欢迷迭香烤鸡。
客房服务非常好，早上化粧匆忙就出发去玩了，晚上回来看到打扫房间的阿姨很细心的摆放好我每一样化粧用品，同时房间打扫的很乾净，每个细节都展现了精致??。
住这个酒店正好可以去体验80层云酷酒廊，欢乐时光的小吃还不错。
每次打车都有服务人员帮忙开门，如果东西多会主动帮忙拿并送到客房。
总得来説非常满意??
