酒店在团结湖公园附近，和康莱德很近，之前有很多高星推荐，决定一试，总体感觉就是设计真的中西合璧，非常突出，艺术感提现在每一寸细节上，但除此之外，其他就显得普通不少，包括服务，设施等。
房间格局真的好，极其适合度假，就是不适合办公，沙发座和桌子不匹配，对着电脑容易脖子疼，送的龙眼很甜，浴室和房间的局部玻璃设计很有心机，非常的绝! 14年的酒店一些地方也开始显旧了；房间里有一些艺术史的书籍和红楼梦，论中国等，贵妃塌着实太硬，否则不加班躺着，剥着龙眼翻着书真的异常惬意；瑰丽的明信片质量超级好，主要是美，团结湖邮局步行五分钟，可以给朋友家人寄，很方便。
可以提高的地方，包括前台人员，门童和餐厅人员的服务能力和态度。
